Wonderful market. I could wander the aisles for hours. They had everything I could want and more..

Horrible customer service! Cashiers were all rude and had something up their asses. Y’all need to hire better people.

Majority of the fresh products are shipped. The seafood are fresh cut, but shipped. The lobsters may be bought lived but are shipped in. Nothing is really fresh from this store, but arguably still good. Plus what do you expect during the dead if winter. It matters where the food comes from but ultimately it's how it's used. The store has a lot of seasonings, oils, sauces, and spice to and use and flavor whatever you're cooking. The most walked by item I feel is the dehydrated shitaki mushroom. It's so versatile, either to make soup stock, add to stir frying, or even for grilling.

In comparison of other Chinese markets, this is not the best, but relatively cheap. The parking may be a problem for larger amount of customers

If I can give a rating of 0, I would. This morning I went there and bought seven pork meat loafs for spring rolls and sandwiches. Brought them home, and cooked four. Turns out three of them had a funny smell and taste. After tasting a small slice from each loaf to make sure, I brought them in, hoping get an exchange. The manager/store owner/whoever he is was being very rude.. Did not listen to my explanation. Said that their products comes frozen and stays frozen. That there's no way that the meats can go bad. I told him that I'm not sure why too but these specific ones are like that. Basically blaming me for not knowing how to "prepare" the frozen loaf. He just told me he'll give me a refund and to shop elsewhere and not go there again. I was very angry at what he said. That was uncalled for and unnecessary. I did end up yelling at him. He just kept saying the same thing over again. That they've never had this problem before. As if I'm lying trying to scam him. That was customer service at its worst. Sometimes you just have to accept the fact that not everything can be perfect at all times. Will never return again.
