  Really friendly staff- I have used these guys a few times and they are more than happy for me to come and go throughout the day if I need something. And very reasonably priced too!

  Conveniently placed and cheap. Very friendly staff. They took a picture of my luggage before I left it there so it gave me an extra security feeling. Also, they give you a tag and you see them storage your baggage. Unfortunately they close at 8pm (which means you have to pick your luggage before then, which is quite bad if you are planning to walk around or to go to some evening Broadway show before heading to the hostel/airport). Just as a hands up: be ready to go upstairs with your luggage since there is no elevator and it is a 2nd/3rd floor, depending how you count them (they have stickers cheering you up in the stairs, which made me smile).

  Great service. Sense of humor about the climb to reach them. Secure (have to be buzzed in to the building) and single-purpose unlike others where there is back room storage in a gift shop. Professional and polite. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  Fantastic location to Penn Station - very friendly staff, great prices. I would definitely use this service on my next trip to NYC.
