  It's more upscale than my usual ShopRite, whose stores always have a good variety.

  Better selection ov veges and herbs than many other markets in my area. High quality and moderate prices.

  Good selection of produce, seafood and general groceries, baked goods made on site and even decent sushi. Checkout lines are usually short given the efficient cashiers and the number of them usually available. Weekends tend to be busy which translates to a tough time finding parking, sometimes.

  Always have fresh produce and meats. This particular location has a terrible layout where you basically have to walk the entire distance of the store from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Need to add another exit on the other side.

  I must say that this particular shop rite use to be my favorite. Regardless of it always being packed, I used the pharmacy and shopped out of convenience. I spend at least $1000 a month on food. I shopped here faithfully until the pharmacy totally turned me off. This review is for the pharmacy-They are not nice people and are on a huge power trip. They make up their own rules and override your dr and your insurance. What ever happened to compassion and kindness? Most people are there for a reason. We take our issues up with a doctor who then decides what’s best for our situations. The pharmacy’s job is to fill the prescription. Not to question it or to make their own determinations when they don’t know your history. If a medication goes through insurance, your insurance doesn’t allow you to fill early therefore if it goes through just fine, who are they to make you wait??? If it doesn’t go through then I understand 100%! Use Allstar pharmacy. Rich is the greatest and the entire staff at all star. Shop rite pharmacy no matter if your insurance allows your prescription to be filled or not, they don’t care and they will do whatever they feel. Save yourself the hassle.
