  All I have to say is wow I never had such excellent service at a shoe store. Me and my husband walked in looking for some work shoes for his job. We got greeted by Lauren and I could definitely tell she knew what she was doing and had knowledge about the shoes as she showed us variations of the shoe we were looking for and let my husband try it on with different foot inserts untill he found the perfect fit. She also guided him on how the shoe would mold to his foot even more. She was very patient and attentive. Will definitely be back.

  This store is terrific. Much better selection on top brands than other chain stores such as DSW and you can't beat the service. Support local, family-owned, small businesses!!

  Great service and friendly staff. Elliot was very knowledgable and shared some Birkenstock after care that I had never heard before. Very impressed!

  They have shoes that are impossible to find in the US.

  It seems like people only rate stores online if they've had a bad experience. Given what I've read here, I felt I should speak up and say that I've only every had great service at this store. I've gone in several times to purchase sandals and inserts (I have weird feet!) and been greeted with great attitudes and plenty of help, even on a busy day. Maybe they've had a change in staff or something. I know I've noticed a change in the organization between the last time I was there and the previous time... you can actually look through the socks now!
