  I brought my mom and my girl friend shoe's for Mother's Day. I was trying to exchange my girl friend shoe's because I got the wrong size and they refuse to exchange and called the cop's on me.

  This store is greedy and inconsiderate. I purchased a male shoe that I was unable to wear and they did not have a bigger size. Apparantely because the shoe was purchased with another shoe that was given half off then they were unable to honor me a refund because it was on sale, which is absurd to me since the shoe was technically paid for. I asked the lady to call the owner and instead of trying to reconcille with a customer, he states to me that it is policy, which is untrue as his policy states no refund for clearance item. The owner then goes on to state that since it was purchased that way its consider the whole deal, which to me seems as if he is making stuff up as he goes, nothing says that in the store and in fact he just dont want to give any money back for anything. I do not recommend going to this store if you may have the chances of not being able to wear a item.
