  Went there to get my son some shoes tonight. Cause I bought my daughter a pair earlier that day. While looking for my son's shoes a lady and her kids were stealing shoes. Something i discovered after my sister got accused by an employee. I bought my son some shoes and walked out and then noticed my sister walking out with an application. They young man that works there accused my sister of stealing with the thieves. It was a serious racial profiling incident. Being a ex manager of a shoe department in a major retail store. I was going to apply as a manager but now with this incident. I'm debating on this. In all my years in retail. I have never seen two employees got to the back and leave one on the floor by himself. These young people need to be trained all over again. Given the fact that the young man stated they been robbed several times makes me A little uncomfortable to even take my kids into the store again. Something about this incident is not sitting right with me. I seriously want to talk to the owner or district manager on this situation.

  Employees are very helpful and made sure I had the perfect shoe and fit. Better than the other shoe stores not surprisingly. Definitely will return for more shoes.
