  Since they reopen this location. Looks really good service is awesome. Prices r reasonable !!! I will shop here and let my friends and families know 😊😉😒👌👍

  Was looking for walking shoes. The young lady that helped me knew just what I needed. I was able to get two pair for the price of one. Was in and out of the store in 10 to 15 minutes. They have great discounts and programs. I highly recommend going here.

  Whent to go buy some nikey socks for a present I told the lady that size and said that they run a bit small so she gave me the next size up once I gave the socks to my friend they were too big so I went back to return them and told me I could not return them but I did not want my money back I just wanted a smaller size they were very rude.. I recommend anybody who will be buying shoes or socks to buy them at a big store that way they will exchange your item

  I went to Shoe Express upon the recommendation of our hotel to purchase some walking shoes to wear at Disneyland. As I was trying on some walking sandals, an older man came over and said there were more walking sandals in the men's section that I might be interested in. I walked over to where he directed me and began looking for more choices. He came over and said they only had the larger sizes left (so I'm thinking why did he direct me over here to look at them when he knew they didn't have my size?), he then told me that I was not to walk around the store in the shoes. I said that I needed to walk in them a bit to make sure they were comfortable and fit properly. I had only walked from one side of the store to the other!!! AND I only walked to that side of the store upon his suggestion!!!! He then went on and on saying that if I walked around in the shoes, they would get dirty on the bottom because the store was dirty. Excuse me? How about they clean the dirty store? He literally went on and on about how I needed to remove the shoes and could not walk in them to be sure they were comfortable because the bottoms would get dirty in their store and look used!! I was in a state of shock at the rude treatment. I ended up buying the shoes because I desperately needed walking shoes for the day, also the lady working at the store was very nice (his wife?). The most hilarious thing about the story was that after a full 10 hours of walking around Disneyland with the shoes, the bottoms looked BRAND NEW and he treated me with such disrespect for just walking from one side of his store to the other. I was sure to let the hotel know about the treatment I received at this store and they assured me they would not be sending more business their way.
