  Horrible! they sell lemons since i got my car i have had problems and had to put thousands of dollars into it.

  Purchased a car here 6 months ago and still have yet to receive the registration. I called many times and never got a call back. I asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist hung up on me.

  I would have given this place 5 stars, being that the staff in person are very helpful and courteous. However, I was harassed several times a week after visiting once and deciding that they did not have the vehicle I was looking for. My husband even told the man who kept calling to stop and he did for maybe a week and then the calls started again. I found it frustrating and unprofessional.

  Was practically laughed at from every other used car lot I've been to because of my bad credit but Shirley auto group was amazing. I was welcomed and got the help I needed. Gary was amazing he was so friendly and really made the whole thing enjoyable. I went in upset and frustrated from previous experiences but left with nothing but smiles. I love the car I got.

  We had trouble finding the right car and needed help. I have to say at Shirley Auto group, everyone is very friendly and nice and willing to work with you under any circumstance. They will try to find you the best deal to fit your needs. Go see Gary and John...they will work miracles for you! We will recommend them to all our family and friends when looking for a car!
