  I used Ship Smart to pack up and ship items from New York to Portland Oregon. They packed my husband's guitars and amps and I was so thrilled with the materials they used and the care they took with our belongings. Everything came in perfect condition including china and glass. I would definitely, definitely use them again for any shipping!! Thank you !!!

  I was promised a quote within 24 hrs of my initial phone call. Several calls and 72hr business days later, still no quote. I then told them not to bother and was immediately sent a very expensive quote. I had call Arrow Express in the meantime and received a quote within 10 mins for only 20% of what Shipa Smart charged me. Arrow Express responded immediately and were true to their original quote.

  Top notch customer service. I felt I was in very good hands. It's always worrisome when all your stuff is in a truck somewhere but I felt very confident, and they answered all my emails within the hour. A very positive experience! Would recommend highly.

  I used Ship Smart to move my things from Brooklyn in NYC to Denver, CO. For me (I had a 5x5 storage unit worth of things), it was very economical and they did a great packing and shipping job. None of my items were broken, and they put this hardcore felt lined paper around your furniture that's pretty awesome. The company showed up on-time for the move and were very responsive. I would use them again.
