  As much as I hate going to the dentist, the team at Shertok Smiles really made me feel comfortable and relaxed about sensitive topics like cavities and gum recession. Not only are they super professional and remind me about my appointments with text messages, they’re also super easy to deal with in all aspects of the business… they even pay for my parking! Dr Shertok even remembers details about my personal life which makes routine visits go by a lot quicker. If you’re worried about finding a new dentist, you have nothing to worry about with The Shertok Smiles Team!

  I recently moved to Cincinatti from Phoenix, and have lived in Los Angeles, Toronto and a few other cities in Australia prior. I can honestly say this is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. I was originally scheduled to go to the other dentist within the same building and after a few calls with them realized that was not the kind of service I was accustomed to or wanted going forward. Extremely glad I made the last minute switch after a friend of mine suggested Dr. Shertok. I am the first to admit I am not an easy patient, and the American Healthcare system is daunting to me. He is extremely patient and answers all my questions and the front desk staff are always willing to explain the processes to me. Furthermore, Tiffany is an absolute gem as well. Look no further!

  Not a fan of the young lady at the front desk. She’s rude, and this is just my opinion. My time in the back office was enjoyed. The dentist was very nice and actually showed concerned for my out of pocket expenses, which was a 1st. The Hygienist was very knowledgeable. The dentist literally regurgitated what she had already told me… Teeth cleaning was a 6.5, and that’s because I’ve had better elsewhere. My over all experience was positive and enjoyable. Will be back to complete my treatment plan.

  Just had my first visit at Shertok Smiles and was pleasantly surprised by their efficiency in my new patient onboarding as I had to undergo various different x-rays and questions to better understand my history. I have been to numerous dentists' offices in my life and Shertok Smiles was the first dentist to actually address the ideas I have secretly wanted to pursue in correcting my smile. By the end of my appointment, I had pricing, timelines and had the opportunity to talk through various different options in length giving me a lot to think about. Looking forward to continuing to work with the experts here for future dental needs!

  If you are wanting to find a great dentist and dental office, look no further than Shertok Smiles! I have been Dr. Shertok's patient for ~2 years, and I am excited I found someone that consistently provides genuine care for his patients. I had waited to provide a review to assess my long-term experience, and I can confidently say that Dr. Shertok provides a great amount of care, and this has been true over the last few years. He is extremely patient, and takes the time to explain procedures and provides background information when needed. Dr. Shertok carefully examines his patient's concerns and requests, and he does his best to make sure he is providing the best recommendations to his patients as possible. He seems to *really* listen to questions/concerns/comments, and goes above and beyond to offer pragmatic solutions. Of course, his dental work is nothing short of amazing either! He really knows how to put his patients at ease, and he is fantastic at what he does. Clearly, I am not alone in feeling this way, as depicted by the many 5-star reviews! Frankly, when I moved to Cincinnati and was searching for dentists, I thought Shertok Smiles seemed 'too good to be true' based on how excellent the reviews were. However, there is no catch at all! Dr. Shertok just provides amazing care and service to his patients, and the reviews reflect his phenomenal work. I am very grateful to have found somebody like Dr. Shertok, and I look forward to continuing my dental journey at Shertok Smiles.
