  Beautiful both inside and out. The moment you enter the lobby, you're greeted with a lovely flowery scent. The staff is very professional and friendly. The rooms are big and luxurious. I'd definitely come back

  The hotel is located off of a busy highway, the noise didn't bother us. Here is a view of the outdoor heated pool and the mountains from our balcony. The bed was comfortable, it mini fridge, coffee, in room but, no microwave and no continental breakfast. The bathroom was on the small size for these modern times. However gets the job done, it's clean and had good water pressure. I do wish there were more spots to hang your towels to dry, when your sharing your room.

  I really enjoyed my stay here! It was nice and quiet. The property had great staff and they were super helpful! The rooms were very nice and the beds are oh so comfy! The rooms were clean and lobby is nice. The location is great! Easy access to a large retail shopping center across the street that houses all the major retail stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a place convenient to shopping, retail and the highway in mission valley - this is it!!

  Sheraton is a good hotel, nice and clean. It's very close to popular tourist locations in San Diego such as the zoo, Balboa Park, and Seaworld. The service is particularly good; we were given two more breakfast passes for free because we initially only had two between a party of four.

  Receptionist welcomed my as a gold member and I received 2 drink coupons at the bar. When I checked into my room they had left a nice bottle of wine as a thank you for being a rewards member. Really nice touch. Breakfast was quite good in the club level as well as the ground floor restaurant. Slightly older hotel but very nice and comfortable.
