  The club rooms have a really cool tiny lounge area on the 26th floor which offers some great LA views. Overall the hotel is in a great location. However there's no room service for Lunch hours so be prepared.

  Centrally located, great amenities, welcoming lobby, professional and friendly staff and very clean rooms. They have us late check out which helped a lot with our schedule. And I left my phone in the restaurant and staff held on to it for me. Thank you for a great stay!!!

  I didn't stay. I just took a picture and Google wanted me to post the picture to maps. I didn't even know the building was a hotel. But it looks cool so I gave it five stars.

  Hotel has a great lobby and is in a really central location. The rooms have always been super clean. The elevators require a key card to use and there's no pool.

  The hotel went through a massive renovation. It's now incredibly modern. Most importantly, I emailed guest services 3 times for separate inquiries and received an incredibly quick response each time. The level of customer service was exceptional via email and in person, they were also quick at check in. Its also very central and right beside the metro station. I would stay here again.
