Overall I think the hotel itself is nice, but my main problem is with the bathroom. The toilet flush is as loud as an airplane toilet & lasts a bit longer as well. This was not ideal for a higher tier hotel that you pay $100+ a night. The shower/bathtub drain was also incredibly slow so I had to stand in the water as I took a shower. This might sound picky but standing in your water while showering felt uncomfortable for some reason. The room itself was nice & I thought the bed was comfy. Maybe a little dated if anything. The t.v. had basic cable channels so I was able to watch some movies at night. All the staff members were nice & all rooms may not have the issues mine did which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. I would consider staying here in the future if nothing else was available. Also the photos were taken when I was leaving so the room isn't clean!

Beautiful and comfortable rooms. They were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Came here for a work conference and would recommend it for small-medium sized conferences. If you are parking, I would suggest you confirm that they encoded your key card for garage access, I had trouble with mine initially,so it would be better to confirm as you are checking in.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Wonderful hotel. Captivating hotel. I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Miami and even missing a beach this hotel in Dallas was a treat. Many great employees and amenities of course.(Dallas is a food City) Because of the Texas heat my A/C needed maintenance and Jose Sanchez N. served my room with excellence. Tremendous IMMEDIATE service by an incredible staff. If you stay at this great hotel, please take the time to ask for Jose by name and shake his hand. Many great men go unnoticed. Please assist me in avoiding such a fate for Jose S.N. and please choose the Sheraton for your stay in Dallas. (P.S. no - this wasn't paid for by Sheraton, and no, I'm not drunk ๐Ÿ˜‚) "life's short - not boring"

Went for a large event. Accommodations adequate, they easily handled a huge crowd. Parking is convenient but crazy expensive. What sets them apart is their staff. Had an issue with conflicting information regarding an event; had several people, including the concierge, security, valet, and front desk stop and personally get involved in resolving it. Before the concierge and security handed us off, they verified with the next person that they would handle the issue. Considering the thousands of people that they were dealing with, it was absolutely remarkable that each person took the time to help and continued to work on it until it was resolved. Great customer service!!!
