  Heat did not work. Ice machine on the floor did not work which states they must have known because they didn't even leave the ice bucket in your room. Then the refrigerator didn't even work to keep your liquids cold and the bathroom floor was not clean nor was the toilet. The manager in the second floor restaurant was pleasant and kind and the food was good.

  Where to begin? The entrance/lobby is in desperate need of cleaning and remodeling. The staff is not professional nor are they friendly. Our stay was from Wednesday through Saturday. No A/C until my last day! The security guard even took off his shirt and shoes because the heat was unbearable. We are platinum members, so naturally, we asked for an upgrade. The desk clerk told me that the breakfast vouchers were the upgrade. That is not true. I called her out on this fact, and she doubled down on her position. Ugghh Our room looked nice with a lovely view. We had ants in the room. We did enjoy the breakfast staff. The food was good and the staff there were accommodating. It could have been a good experience if we had quality service. The location is fabulous!

  This is a great example of how great customer service will make up for things that go wrong. The key card machine was broken, but the staff was friendly and did their best to get us all into our rooms quickly. I really appreciated that. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was good in the shower. The gym is on the top floor. The view while doing cardio is great.

  Employees were very nice and helpful. However the hotel is very dated for a Sheraton and needs renovation desperately. The rooms seem just thrown together. It is nice they have refrigerators but I stayed two different times in a week and both times the refrigerator did not work. The coffee maker also did not work correctly and leaked. The breakfast at the restaurant was good.

  We stayed Saturday for the Ohio State mishitgan game, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived early Saturday hoping to park our car, so we could catch a cab to the stadium. The lady at the front desk was so great, she already had our room ready, and got us with the valet so we could be on our way, even though our reservation technically wasn't available until later in the day. The room was great, super comfy bed. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I didn't catch her name, but the front desk clerk deserves recognition! My wife works in Travel she'll be letting her clients know about our wonderful stay, and next time we stay downtown, the Sheraton at Capitol Square will be our choice!
