This hotel accommodated are large group of 500 extremely well! The chicken service staff in the maids are very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I especially liked the small mr. coffee makers in the rooms that had a few packs of Starbucks Pike roast which was a nice addition to every morning! The air conditioning was not very Cooling, but a cold shower definitely helped.

The staff and amenities were wonderful. I have one huge issue with this hotel, however. The bathroom doors are sliding barn door style with no actual seal to keep scents and sounds in. My husband and I don’t tend to be grossed out by one another easily - but this door tested us. If you’re with anyone you don’t want hearing you poop, maybe book separate rooms.

I love this Sheraton; their indoor pool is my favorite in any place I've stayed. The rooms are well-appointed, the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and their two restaurants and a cafe on the 3rd floor are excellent- one is a lounge that overlooks the pool. My only complaint about this hotel is that it's a bit of a labyrinth if you're here for a conference, but is otherwise excellent.

Is a great place for a fan convention. The rooms are well appointed. The indoor pool is the centerpiece of a gorgeous Victorian atrium with gazebos and, at night, gaslight style lamppost lighting. The location is convenient and the staff is professional. The whole place is beautiful. I'll definitely be back.

Front desk staff are nice and helpful. The room is adequate. Self parking cost on property is ridiculous. The travel company that booked our block of rooms not including at least a continental breakfast is ridiculous. The hotel could at least provide that. The location is good for getting around downtown.
