I decided to give this place another chance (we wanted to try out the spa) after our horrible experience with booking an event thru them 2 years ago. The customer service with the front desk is still horrible, the reservationist quoted us 150 less then what we were actually charged, the package we got didn't get what the reservations said it came with. The spa was amazing, definitely worth it. Front desk at the spa was very nice, but the person who brought us to our appoint was very rude and we felt very rushed. The bar downstairs was actually really great, the lady and gentleman were very helpful. The restaurant for breakfast downstairs was also very rude. I will never recommend this place at all. I'm sorry, but the customer service is not there. Too bad because I really enjoyed the spa treatments. I would like to mention, the room service guy was great. The rooms were nice and clean, I loved the bedding. The views are beautiful.

One of my favorite stays. It's downtown and within walking distance to most things. There's a fridge in every room and the staff is phenomenal. (pro tip: if you're interested in a mountain view from your bedroom, try to get a room that is somewhere ending in 9-15.)

Eh not bad for Anchorage but the room service was pretty horrible. Also Pepsi products - yuck. Room was very clean and well appointed though! And the staff was nice

Very average Sheraton. I'd recommend it if you typically like this chain. Rooms are a bit dated, but the lobby is nice and the location is good. I typically opt for the no housekeeping option which gives me 500 additional SPG points or a $5 food voucher each day. Too bad you can't use the voucher on alcohol though.

Very small bathrooms. Rooms are okay. Always clean. Beds are why we stay there. Amazing beds and bedding. Friendly staff. The food is very good but the menu is extremely limited. There is only bar type seating for dinner. This is our home away from home. We stay there at least twice a month.
