  It has good food and service but it doesn't have a good menu variety

  Went on a Thursday evening and got a Blue Hawaiian (alcoholic beverage), crab legs, shrimp, corn, and potatoes. The Blue Hawaiian taste like straight sugar..there’s no way they put alcohol in it. The crab legs and shrimp were flavorful, BUT the crab legs were over priced for their size and over cooked! There was also tons of grease that came with it. Potatoes and corn were good. I was annoyed with their 20% policy on groups of 6 or more. Our waitress didn’t do anything special and I would’ve rather tipped 15%. Overall, it was an okay experience. I can’t say I will return though and honestly probably wouldn’t walk around recommending it.

  Great customer service. Ashley was great and her trainee! 5 stars for them. 3 stars is food— the crawfish, shrimp, and sausage is sitting in oil when it comes out. The actual meat isn’t seasoned. So you have to scrape the seasoning from the outside onto your meat for flavor. The hush puppies were good. My friend enjoyed her wings. Overall it was decent.

  The first visit I made was great! the food was excellent service as well. I had such a great experience I went back the following week with my son. Well that second visit was horrible! The food was good as I had expected but the service was well awful. Our server took our order brought it never brought out the pail with bibs , gloves and no silverware . I asked for them after she walked by us several times never asking if we were doing okay. Even after I asked for them she did not bring them out until after we were just about done with our meal. She never asked if we needed refills on our drinks and when I addressed the manager nothing was done. She apologized but didn't seem to faze the server because the service did not improve. We were then just issued our check and sent on our way. Needless to say I did not tip my server I do not believe she earned it, and we are generous tippers due to we know what it's like to work as a server. This is not service i expect when we go out and spend over $90.00 at an establishment. Heck I don't care if I had spent $5.00 this is not how you treat customers. I have not been back and I really wish the service had been better because I really liked the food.

  Very disappointing. We ordered 4 different dishes. It took quite a while to get our order and they were not busy. One dish was served cold. Another dish was fried for so long that there was no taste to the actual dish. It was just burned crunchy batter. 2 of the dishes were acceptable. The prices were high for the quantity and quality of the food we received. There was not much good to say about our first visit. I can say we will not be returning. There are several other restaurants such as this one that have much better food, prices, and service.
