  Great mechanic! My bumper was falling off (because my car is low and I always pull too far forward when I park) and the mechanic at Shell at the corner of Georgia Ave. and Piney Branch Rd. fixed it right up for a fair price. The mechanic also suggested I replace my windshield wipers (which I wanted to do anyway) and they're great! I felt taken care of, and like my vehicle safety and operability was a top priority. They even checked my engine fluids and recommended the right kind of coolant to get. The mechanic even offered to put it in the engine for me if I had some at home. So nice! Definitely go here if you need quick service and honest pricing.

  Only went to shell because I have saving discount and was almost out of gas. Really not sure why people still go to Shell, they are always overpriced.

  I stopped by the shells station located on 6419 Georgia Ave NW in Washington, DC to fuel my vehicle. I used my card to purchase 87 quality gas for 2.32 per gallon and was charged 2.39. When I notified the store attendant of the issue I was told that I mistakenly pressed the wrong option. I explained that I did not and that the pump was choosing the wrong information. The attendant stated that the credit card price was higher. However, the advertised price for the credit/debit card was 2.33. I was then told that it was nothing they can do and that it was my fault. I told the attendant to prove that the pump was indeed giving inaccurate and misleading information, I would do a test to prove it. I recorded this transaction and as expected the same thing occurred. When I went to present the information, I was presented with a business card and told to do what every you feel like doing. As a frequent Shell user, advocate, and customer, I am very disappointed in how I was mislead, cheated, and treated. BE AWARE AND ALSO REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT!
