  I needed air on my bike because a flat tire I’ve bin going ther for years any gas station actually she denied me free air and I only use shell I had to walk in the 90 degree heat because my flat she didn’t not care I left my wallet at home or I would of bought air free air is for any customer I go to handy market and use that gas station 15 years how in a moment of need am I not a customer

  It's early morning about 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday June, 2nd, 2021 and was just at this gas station about an hour ago buying smokes and needed to say to the female who was working at that particular time that I wish I had talked to you more while I was there because I can't get you out of my mind now and think you are gorgeous even while wearing a mask! I even tried calling the number google gave me for that location and I didn't get any answer. I dunno your name but if anyone can clue me in to her name would be great!

  Ten months ago I gave this place 4 stars and now after 25 years of coming her I will never go back. I just read a question as to why they cant sell cigs while changing shifts..I didnt realzie that was what they were doing, because the heavy set male kid wont sell gas either, I was confused I never had this issue, retailers usually want $80.00 cash. The first time I went to purchase gas, he sent me away by exclaiming "CLOSED!" I asked "what time do you close?" and he barely looked up to yell "CLOSED!" I noticed he was counting cash and was clearly not going to answer me. It happened once again a week later...CLOSED! I immediately left because I was about to return the favor. The last time this happen he didn't look up or even acknowledge me...I wouldn't have gone back but I never got an answer on when they closed and the website says 24 hours. He has been the only person to do that to me in 25 years, I have gone back a couple times for cigarettes if I am desperate but I will never purchase gas there again.. Big mistake I have a gas guzzling 20 year old Ford Explorer and I work 2 blocks away...I rather drive the distance than give my hard earn money to people who treat me like dirt. Clearly something is wrong look how much the reviews have gone down over the years. We all have bad days and deal with A-holes but if you cant hang try another career not in customer service, clearly you are miserable. I am not the one!

  I come here every Saturday morning, and this morning I gave the Spanish lady with blonde hair a $20 dollar bill and 2 $5 dollar bill. I know because I am paying cash, and I calculated the exact gas I needed. Gave her the money then she told me to push some buttons on the machine so I can use my ralphs rewards cards as well. So I got $.10 cents. Then, I pump my gas and it stops at $14.71 and that's all I am getting she said! I told her I gave her $30 dollars! Then, she said nope you only have 3 $5's !! I was upset ! Because, this is not good ! This woman is a thief!! I am so old to have something like this happens to me! I don't have time for dealing people like this ! 10 years I am using this gas station! Never had a problem ! This lady is a thief and should be fired!! I know $15 dollars is not much but it's the principle! Management should be aware on this matter ! Because, I am a Burbank resident!
