  I needed some help while out of state. The Clerk's Office was very responsive by telephone with short wait times. Great job Linda!

  The staff does not comminucate well with each other or in relaying information to the customers. I've been at two different locations and have been told two different things regarding specialty tags. Then when you call for more information it's totally different than visiting the location. Get it together.

  The hours on good stated they close at 4:30. I was standing inside of the place were you get your tags renewed at 4:16 and the told me I would have to come n.a. k tomorrow because they closed. I can see if I was knocking on ghe doors or windows trying to get them to unlock the doors but I was standing directly in front of the clerk and the lady beside her said she was the manager. It very sad for me to be a tax paying citizen and pay your salary and not get serviced.

  Very annoyed as the "new program isn't recognizing my plate number. The employees said they have a "new" program. Well, great, lotta good THAT does. Then, on the website, they announce a new feature where you can receive a notice 30 days prior to your renewal date. I suggest getting the original functions working properly before you start adding MORE things to it.
