  The process takes time like any ER. I arrived and was taken back and seen quicker than any other ER I've been to. They were all very friendly and helpful. The noise level was perfect for being at an ER. I feel like taking stars away because I'm greedy and wouldn't want this place flooding with people lol If I need to go to an ER in the future, I will return here.

  I got Dr Cown and she was a great Doctor, nurses were attentive and kept a close eye on me for the almost nine hours I was there. I think some of these reviews were talking about somewhere else and not about Coronado Hospital ER. I have to clarify: If you got Dr Whitney you were out of luck, he is rude, no compassion, no humanity and no care. But other Doctors other than him, are excellent. I just wish we had an urgent care in Coronado

  NEGATIVE 3 STARS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE FOR MAAAAAANY REASONS! Horrible scheduling (don't even have the dates available when they call to schedule an appointment. Horrible wait times (sometimes over an hour after your appt is scheduled to start). Horrible diagnosing (or lack thereof I should say). Horribly inconsiderate Physician's Assistant (basically just doing what he could to get me out of there as soon as possible). Horrible customer service over the phone (rude, unwilling to help, and BLATANTLY LIED TO MY FACE EVEN WHEN CALLED OUT ON IT...her supervisor later confirmed that she lied to me). Horrible customer service at the desk (again just doing what they can to get you out of there so they don't have to deal with you). Horrible directions provided (give you ridiculous instructions to follow and don't have secondary options when you can't have someone come with you to your appointment). I'm sure the list could go on and on. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

  went for lab work here, they were quick, professional and efficient. would recommend for any routine lab work in the area
