  They did a very nice job Cleaning my rug. My only concern is that they quoted one price on the phone and of course a higher price in the store.

  Sharian is hands down, the best in the Atlanta area. The staff is always kind and professional. We wont go anywhere else after our experience!

  Sharian Rugs is the only place I will go for all my rug needs!! The showroom has a large and beautiful selection of rugs. The staff is not only knowlegable and professional but very friendly as well!

  I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I am Just now getting my rug back after 2 months and I’ve had to call them for updates. The first time I called for an update they said they had called and left a message. I did not receive any messages. They said they had to contact the repair warehouse or something and would get back to me. They never got back to me. I called again and this time they said they weren’t sure they could repair it. It was a simple pull in the rug. They transferred me to repair people who said they could repair but were waiting to hear back from me, but they never called in the first place. Finally said they would repair it and call me in 10 days. Of course they never called. I called them and they said we don’t have your rug right here let me Check the warehouse can u please hold. I held, then they came back on the phone and said could they call me back. I said yes. Of course they never called back. I called back the next day and am finally getting my rug back, well hopefully it’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow. After all of this, you would expect to receive a discount for the delay and lack of communication. Again, no.

  I DO NOT recommend Sharian. I had a rug that needed cleaning and was given a quote and scheduled the pick up. Regardless of whether you have the rug cleaned or not you owe $130 for that. Upon pick up I was told that the particular type of rug that I had (Sisal) was not cleanable. During the initial phone conversation I was not asked what type of rug I had. I feel like that's important information to have known before scheduling a pick up obviously because otherwise I would not have scheduled it and therefore not have owed the $130. Just seems like a simple thing that could've easily been avoided with the proper professionalism and consideration. Furthermore, since they had taken the time to come I decided to send another rug to make it worth my money. After two weeks with no word I called to check on the status and was simply told that a message had been left with me to discuss the pricing. I did not receive the message and no action has been taken on the rug since and now will be another matter of weeks before it's returned. I'd like to note that this is honestly the first review I've ever left. I'm not the type of person to do that. In fact, I haven't even complained to the people themselves. I'm going to swallow my pride, pay the money, and take this as a lesson learned.
