  I have been a loyal, very frequent customer for a couple of years,. They have some very nice people, but there seems to be a deterioration in service because of an over-zealous, and seemingly a bit paranoid, Compliance Department staff that knows nothing about how to treat a customer. I would give them a much higher rating except for their Compliance Department.

  Disgusting company. Never use. They will take your money, not do the transfer, ask you to jump through a million and one hoops, then say they still can't do your transfer. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business. Stay away.
