  This place is great. The instructors are knowledgeable, impressive, fun and nice. It's obvious that they really want their students to learn these arts and they are patient and diligent in teaching them. I learn something in, and feel like I got something mentally and physically out of, every class.

  I finally found a way to get a work out while doing things that interest me more, like learning to meditate, defend myself, and channel my energy into accomplishment. Plus, I love nerding out on all the different Kung Fu styles and truly living what I love about Kung Fu movies.

  This is a great place to work out and everyone here is very welcoming and friendly. Group fitness classes on Saturdays help you push yourself. Doing an activity like kung-fu helps make working out enjoyable.
