::Ally is the absolute best but I have learned not to bring people who have past relationships with the door maid. That will leave you with no receipt, no confirmed email, and no follow up of an appointment. How tragic! The talent that is behind the hair is amazing. Just don't look to the front desk for any kind of help. Seriously, the worst customer service in my life.
