  Charged me incorrectly, meal took over an hour to receive my food. Had to say something, they completely forgot about my food and had to remake it. Very annoyed

  I’ve lived in New York all my life and this Shake Shack has got to be my favorite one. The entire staff is so nice and accommodating!! I believe it was the manager Tim asking everybody if everything was going good. He even asked me if I wanted a refill. Thank you so much!

  This Shake Shack is one of the most popular places to eat in the East 86th Street area. There is outdoor seating, but when the weather is bad, it can be difficult to find seats indoors. If you’re lucky, you can sometimes find yourself on a short line. But, you can usually expect a 10-15 minute wait from the time you get on line to when your food is ready. The food has always been delicious over the number of years I have been to this establishment. The fries are amazing, but if you are a vegan, there is hardly anything else to eat.

  Hamburger e milk shake ottimi Sono stato in questo locale con la mia ragazza durante il nostro viaggio a New York. Probabilmente è stato il miglior fast food in cui sia stato. Oltre all'hamburger e alle patatine fritte speziate ho preso un milk shake al gusto biscotto di Natale. Tutto ciò che ho mangiato era buonissimo e succulento. Il milk shake è stata la ciliegina sulla torta del nostro pasto. Consigliato per hamburger e milk shake
