  Truly wish I could give a negative rating. He drilled into a tooth claiming there was a cavity even though it was just a part of the tooth's surface. Then proceeded to do an awful job on the amalgam filling which came off a week later by itself. When I returned to the office to get that repaired, was told that he wouldn't replace it with an amalgam filling rather he would simple throw on a bonding because my insurance wouldn't cover it. BUT it was clearly an issue of workmanship on his part. I didn't do anything that could have possibly compromised the filling. When he did the bonding to cover up the botched (and unnecessary!!) hole he had created, he was very rude about it and gave a really awful attitude. Likely due to the fact that he wouldn't get reimbursed from my insurance with much. It was HIS poor quality work that led to it though. After receiving this bonding, which was also poorly done (it wasn't smoothed out and I could feel edges with my tongue), it had fallen out again a few weeks later. At that point, I purchased a temporary filling kit from Rite Aid. I've done the filling on myself and it was far smoother and more resilient than this so-called dentist's work. Needless to say, I'll be searching for a better dentist. Do yourself a favor, DON'T go to this dentist. Poor quality work and poor patient rapport.

  Do not ever go there... Scam!! I only did filling and cleaning and cost me $410... This doctor will rip you off...

  I;ve been going to Dr. Shah for over 15 yrs. He is very profession, polite and courteous. I highly recommend him !!!
