  We have been using this cleaner for several months now. Today my husband picked up the second item that has been returned to us with holes. He took the latter shirt back, which was perfect when I wore it on a trip just last weekend. They denied responsibility for the damage and the owner came out saying it is "normal wear and tear" and that they won't do anything about it. We will surely be finding a new cleaner and telling everyone we know about the poor customer service!

  I can't recommend this place enough (mostly because of Chloe!). I went here for some custom alterations for my GF's birthday. Not only did she make sure my alterations got done on time, she suggested better ones! Highly recommend going here. Make sure to ask for Chloe and, if you're owner, give her a raise and a paid day off!

  Well they dry cleaned on time but they can not press trousers to save a life. If I wanted double pleats down the front of my suit I would have asked for it.... So now I'm about to walk into an interview that looks like it was ironed by someone who was just introduced to the concept of ironed pants or trousers as a whole.
