This place is truly shady. The man who owns the park is incredibly creepy and Is incredibly harassing to tenants. They refuse to recognize a federally trained service animal, still charging a deposit. They fail to tell you that the entire park is built on a dump so there are massive sugar ant infestations They do nothing about. They pick and choose which tenants to harrass, often times targeting single women where as the guybthat deal drugs is allowed to stay. It truly is a weird and dark place to live and I would avoid at all cost

The owners are wierd and harrassed me over and over again. Update: then the owner basically stole a whole trailer underneath me saying I’d have to pay him a second time. I ended up basically homeless because he wouldn’t honor his own contract. The owner is a crook.

Very bad place to live. The owner is a scammer. He makes you think your renting to own. But all your really there for is to fix up his trailer the way he wants at your expense. In the contract states you are liable for all repairs and maintenance. So you can put a water heater in at your expense, but has to be what Tony wants. And states in contract he can void your contract at anytime no reason needed, and no court order needed as well. He gets to keep all your money you have paid on a home you have always though will be yours. And on top of that anything you put into the trailer like new stove, any appliances, water heater, heater, carpets etc, etc has to stay when you get evicted for no reason. And speaking of that when he takes you to court for eviction his maintenance man Jim states he served the tenant when he really doesn't. And you don't know anything about the eviction till Tony gives you the paper 5 days before your suppose to be out on a 30 day eviction. And Tony thinks he is god, and has really bad ego trips. This place is a ghost town when he is here during the week. And he also enters your home unannounced and states he owns the place so he can do as he chooses. This place is a very bad place to live. Your freedom is taken away. You have no right to do what you want without Tony's permission. He evicted a lady because her grandkids would come visit on the weekends.

Moved in a couple months ago. Park is very quiet, well kept and I have found the owners to be very fair and compromising if within the signed contract upon move in. Communication is key. Ask before you do. We do not own the park but the deal is to rent to own your mobile home. Respecting and keeping clean your place of residence shouldn't be something demanded but done with pride.

The owners are not good people, and will take advantage of you in some way. I am a full time student and work as well and not getting weeds pulled in the yard the same day as I was told to led to an eviction. But before that the owner went well out of his way to bad-mouth me to anyone and everyone he saw me talking to, including my roommates and my girlfriend. They are nasty people!!
