  I try to avoid doing any maintenance at SF Moto but motorcycle repair shops are far and few between in San Francisco. Their service is fast but their prices are much steeper than anything in the East Bay. Also, the last time I was there I had been lied to about a tire puncture. I had a screw puncture in my rear tire and opted for the plug rather than replacement. The next day I noticed the tire was not holding any air. A visual inspection indicated that nothing else had punctured the tire so the plug they had was insufficient. I brought my bike back to the shop thinking they would fix their own mistake but instead was swindled into buying a new tire that I did not need. I thought I would get a return from my first visit a day earlier since their work was shoddy and I had to buy a new tire anyway. Boy was I wrong, their service manager got rather heated when I brought up even the idea of deducting the price of the puncture fix from the tire replacement. He then showed me a picture of a tire with a staple that he claimed was the puncture. I find it odd, untrue for that matter that I would have two tire punctures back to back within a day of each other and this staple mysteriously appeared without me noticing. I was being lied to by SF Moto. Not to mention the dangers of such poor workmanship. When all was said and done my Suzuki V-Strom tire replacement ended up being over $ 400. Do yourself a favor and make the ride over to the East Bay or anywhere else for that matter for honest & cheaper service.

  I bought my Zero FXS at SFMoto. This is an honest shop and you will be really glad you went to SFMoto when you want to buy your motorcycle. Totally painless; a pleasure in fact.

  Great customer service. Very attentive. Frank India didn't try to sell me anything that he didn't think would be a good fit or outside of my price range. The whole buying process was very seamless. The other great thing is if you are not that experienced or comfortable riding, they offer to deliver it to you for free if you live in the city.
