  Nice place but they seem to be cutting back on needed things like clean up Landscaping tons of garbage around the dumpsters. The gates don't work right to get in and out.

  Was so excited when I bought a home here 2 years ago. Once Fernando left, who sold me the home, it became ridiculous living there. Was hell to pay lot rent. Never heard of a place being so difficult to give money to. Had an incident of 2 guys breaking into my house through back window with me home and in the house. Terrified me as I am a woman living alone. Called police which was a joke and waste of time. Told Claudia in the office and she could care less about it. Had neighbors that were constantly fighting. Felt bad for kids living in that domestic violence. Was to the point even with tv on, stereo on, windows all closed, still could hear them in my house and couldn't even stand to be in my bedroom or side of house near theirs. The only way to ensure prompt attention from management was to be late on lot rent. I owned my home and owed nothing On it as i paid cash in full for it. If a couple days late on lot rent got immediate threat of eviction. Never served legally, always just scotch taped to side of house under carport. Not even where easily seen. I had allowed roommates to live with me to help them and they screwed me out of rent and put me way behind. Seyenna Vistas would not work with me in anyway. I was out of state when supposedly served with papers to go to court for eviction. Found out night before. Was evicted, locked out with no warning. Tried explaining to management my situation, which Claudia already knew but didn't care. She just wanted my house. Needless to say I ended up owing 3 months of back lot rent and utilities kept acrueing and piles of late fees and legal and court costs. How I was charged utilities when I wasn't there ...no clue. Ended up I finally came up with full amount needed and Claudia knew it. She knew I was 2 streets away coming with the money and she tells me in a text don't worry about hurrying as she just sold my home for my back rent. I couldn't believe it. I don't understand how that is legal. To this day I've never see anything at all about eviction warning or the true amount I owed. My monthly billing statement says a balance of$4000 less than I'm verbally told by Claudia. Believe it or not I'm still getting monthly billing statements from them for utilities on a house that I've not lived in for months and now haven't even owned in 2 months. How is any of this possible or legal?? This company is not honest nor do they feel they follow any laws. I'd made the mistake of trusting Claudia through very difficult and personal situations. Was warned repeatedly not to as she a snake. True...she is. This place could be nice if they didn't have such a lying, snake, for a manager. Buyer beware be extremely aware. Now everything I worked for is gone.

  This place is a crap hole if I could give negative stars I would. First, of all the staff suck! Claudia the manager is a horrible mean women! she is a liar and really rude to some of the tenants. I would suggest renting from another mobile home park, because this one is actually a straight up trailer park.

  Love it here great community safe and gated great workout room and dog park if anyone has dogs. Overall have not had a single problem!

  My family lived here for a few years. Since then, management company fired most of the staff approximately a year ago. I miss the days when Travis and Fernando were on staff. Nowadays, the security is non-existent. The office staff is unresponsive. The residents are getting louder and more inconsiderate. This place has gone to hell in a hurry. The only reason I would recommend living here is that it's one of the few places in the Phoenix area that allows children.
