  So this parking lot has a sign that a car more the 181 inches is considered an oversized vehicle. I drive an Audi A7 and protested this extra fee as my car is a typical 4 door sedan very similar to other luxury sedans such as a Mercedes or BMW. Are you starting to get the picture. I asked the attendant to measure my car as I have never in 30 years of parking in NYC lots have been told a sedan is an oversized vehicles. Of course he did not have any means to measure my vehicle. Being late for my appointment, I agreed to pay the $10 extra fee. When I arrived home I immediately grabbed a tape measure to discover my Audi is 183 inches long. I would imagine they have figured out the similar luxury cars of similar length and this is just a scummy way of getting more money out of people. I would avoid this lot as there are many other options for parking on the East side of Manhattan.
