  Very happy with the process. Marissa was great in scheduling. Darryl was very efficient, friendly and polite in doing the routine checkup of my furnace. Would definitely recommend.

  From Marissa in the office to Darryl the technician who came to the house, Service Stars was polite, friendly, helpful, caring, and communicative. They kept in close touch to let me know when the technician could be there, followed up on the initial diagnosis and estimate exactly as they said they would, explained all the possibilities and options clearly and honestly, and went beyond the ordinary to provide excellent service. I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

  Kyle, Jeremy, and Marisa couldn't have been nicer and more professional during our ductless mini-split setup. They answered all of our questions and were very thoughtful of our needs. The product is top of the line. They also kept true to their word on the installation day we scheduled (even though it was pouring rain). We are very happy with Service Stars and would highly highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a job well done at an affordable price.
