  They fixed my hot tub... reasonable prices, and I called and got someone right over. The reason I said 4/5 instead of 5 is that they couldn't do all the work in one day, which was fine, but then they didn't tell me when they were coming back and I had to reach out and follow up.

  Rude older gentleman. What I assume is his supervisormade, him go greet us.we are looking for a specific pool table he said yup they exist and then walked away. We said thank you as we were leaving knowing we were not going to get help and his response was "yup". Looking for a pool table and spa paying cash. Guess they don't want our business. Would not recommend.

  Sequoia Spas is nothing but professional! Awesome selection of everything you need to make your home a little more luxurious. Both Peter and Donald are wonderful to work with!

  As a newish spa owner, I was unaware of the huge number of different filters available for purchase, so I showed up with an old used one and asked for an equivalent new one which was not on hand. Peter took the time to go through his thick catalog and help me figure out which one would work, ordered it and quickly called me to let me know it was in. I had tried at Leslie's and they were unable to help unless I provided the make of the spa. Peter's extra effort was much appreciated and shows Customer Service is NOT a dead ideal... I recommend this business!
