Can't even get these losers on the phone. What an absolute disaster. And JCPenney wonders why their stores are shutting down.

Super cute makeup but there was a mess and nothing of what I wanted everything. Was out of stock. The pricing for one small eyeshadow set was stupid.

So I'm a loyal costumer of Mac but my friend recommend me a liquid foundation from too faced n I decided to try it . so I went in and they try couple shades to find my color any ways so I was expecting for them to apply some in my face instead she gave me a sample to take home 😨 so I was like OK I wanna buy it now not tomorrow so I was like whatever so I start to do it my self n I kinda like it so I was gonna buy it any ways long story short they were out of that product πŸ‘ΏπŸ‘Ώ so you guys lost a potential costumer.

Walking into THAT Sephora is like walking back in the high school. There are people talking behind your back and nobody there to help you. I was even told I was too white and that this was the predominantly Mexican neighborhood so I should try to find a foundation elsewhere, not only that she had no makeup on multiple piercings on her face, which is fine for some work environments but not Sephora. They never have product availability, the store is always in shambles. This is not the standard of the other Sephora that I frequent. I have heard employees straight-out lie to people about policies that I know are correct. I even heard one of the clerks say over there radio "don't give the customers Drunk Elephant(extremely expensive skincare) and we're just going to split them up between us."
