  Received above and beyond customer service from multiple employees at the store, especially Michael, when a couple friends and I went into browse fragrances. He was patient in helping us look at different perfumes, and spent a great deal of time showing us scents that he thought we would enjoy. He even gave us several samples of fragrances for us to try. At the end, he sent each of us home with a free mini size of the DevaCurl macha tea hairmask. I would definitely come back here again.

  Just recently bought the Anastasia Modern Renaissance eye shadow palette and let me tell you, teenage makeup lovers, this palette came from heaven. Being a makeup lover myself allows me to say this. I have been trying different palettes for 3 years now. Finding the best quality things for cheap is something we all enjoy. Makeup has become my passion! Makeup is my way around stress; it allows me to flow away from problems and focus on the art that can be created. I am just another teenager that finds comfort in doing her makeup and figuring out new strategies. Like mentioned before; I have been using many different eyeshadow palettes for years. People that know me can tell that makeup is my passion especially after seeing the shelf full of all my eyeshadow palettes. For a very long time I’ve been buying palettes just to try out the quality and letting people know if it worth getting, or not. Ofcourse I have palettes that are so not worth getting, but this one is definitely not one of them.The Modern Renaissance palette is amazing in all aspects. It has everything that makeup lovers look for in a palette. The palette is also only 32$ compared to buying individual colors for 12$. That is a great deal. I was looking for this palette forever. Like every girl at a makeup store I swatched it on my arm, and fell in love with the colors that I had to have it. I went to 8 different places in one day. This is how crazy I was about it. I was not able to find it until the next day, and I was crying because I finally was going to try it out. This palette has everyday colors like the golden ochre, raw sienna, burnt orange, warm taupe, tempera and buon fresco which are all peachy light orange or pink colors; It also turn into a very dramatic night look with red ochre, venetiana red, love letter, cyprus umber, realgar, antique bronze and the shimmers which are vermeer and primavera. I absolutely love that I can go from warm tones to a very drastic look.The shadow is as creamy as peanut butter. It's like finally your eyelids can see what it's like to be in heaven. The packaging is a really light purple, with gold and white lettering that totally makes it pop. The best part of it is that is super soft. Literally as soft as a newborn baby's face. I find myself playing with it all the time while I watch tv because its just super relaxing. Not only that but It is really easy to clean and have it in good condition. This palette is definitely one of my top 5 palettes. It has everything I ever looked for in a pallet. Shiny shadow, creamy, warm, dark, and soft like what more. I totally recommend this one. It is worth getting you will not regret it, especially if you are truly a makeup lover. Make art with this pallet and flow with it. You have to get it don't miss out.

  I never want to rate anywhere because i don’t want to be a punk that complains but every time i come to this location i am followed around the store and i see them all looking at me and hovering over me. It makes me want to cry because i work two jobs downtown and I’m a full time student and i come to Sephora to get myself a treat every once in a while. It makes me feel terrible about myself and it doesn’t he that i am very obviously a woman of color. Please find a way to reduce the employees stress on theft because i am positive that for that reason i am treated like a criminal every time i come in. I have never stolen anything and this makes me feel like i should just stay out of Sephora if they are going to assume I’m a thief.

  These people really need to get there act together. I asked several different personnel about 3 products that are prominently featured on the Sephora website and they all basically shrugged their shoulders. Even when I asked about shimmer sticks, they looked baffled. They really need to brush up on their product knowledge. They were friendly enough, just not informed.

  I don’t know if a change was made in the last week (per other reviews), but I had excellent customer service. I was greeted at the door, lead to my product, given recommendations, and a sample of something I was interested to try later. I would most certainly go back.
