::My car got towed into Sentry Ford because the shipping company I was using to ship my car to California didn't show up before my flight left. Lorenzo was absolutely amazing. He kept the Lincoln for me till the transport truck showed up then made sure it was safely loaded. I cannot say thank you enough for this. Peace of mind while over 3000 miles away. Thank you again.

::Great service. Always happy to explain what is being done, and how it affects your vehicle. I've dealt with Bruce there multiple times, and he has done nothing but provided awesome service. Not pushy on getting things done if you have another mechanic you like to work with.

::Can't say enough about my experience with the Lincoln service department when my windshield wiper motor gave out on a Friday in the rain. Dropped off my 2013 MKX that afternoon and was given a 2017 loaner to drive for the weekend. My car was repaired and returned to me on Monday looking great after receiving my courtesy wash. Very happy with Sentry and would recommend them with confidence.
