  Mike is an excellent realtor. He is an excellent negotiator, easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. It seems like he knows everything there is to know about real estate. I recommend to him to anyone I know who is looking for real estate.

   Before we choose a real estate agent, my wife and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the time and skill they make into selling the property and how they would promote their listings. Mike Dawson met with us and spent hours answering our questions, providing valuable data regarding homes that he sells, the time listings typically stay on the market and how adjust pricing based on buyer interaction. He went way beyond the other agents we interviewed that mainly focused on comps in the area. He told me exactly what I needed to do to sell my home. His advice got our house sold within 10 days of us making the changes he suggested. I will never sell a home through anyone else again.
