  They charged me $ 145 just for driving time, guy spent only 30 min related to job and 30 min on phone but charged me full hour. Later i checked the prices of materiel where i was charged exactly 100% additional compare to online prices. Not a good experience.

  Honest as the day is long. Use them all the time. No idea what these other reviewers are talking about. 1 star because you didn't get a receipt? Really ? Always get a receipt at time of payment. User error.

  Terrible experience. Crew is friendly, but unprepared. The owner is rude, unprofessional and sexist. Stay away from this company to avoid headaches.

  We have used them many times in the past. Most recently, they replaced an oil-fired hot water tank for us. We were very satisfied with the price and quality of service. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

  I am soo unhappy with the follow through. When I explained the problem to the receptionist she was very very rude and accused me of lying and told me it must be my fault that the job had not been finished. Decent service when the plumber shows up but the company stinks!
