  These guys are professionals. We have been using them for years. What i love most about them is when you drop of a giant key ring needing a copy made of the ring they do it as organized and it looks like it's factory original. Their advice also on getting stuff that locks down construction sites is helpful as well.

  I don't even know where to begin describing my experience with this company. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS OUR YOUR HOME WITH ALLIED! I bought a small business last year and the space already had Allied security so I decided to continue with their service. The first time my alarm went off I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL! Apparently when I started my account literally none of my information was entered into Allied's system. They called the previous owner of my business because they had never updated the account with my information. Thank god she's a good person and called me immediately. When I called Allied to see what was going on they couldn't give me any information because I wasn't even a customer in their system! Yet I'd been paying for their service for months! Tonight my alarm is going off and I've been transferred 4 times without any resolution & am now waiting on a call back from the 1 tech they have on call. My alarm has now been going off for over an hour. They are not providing a service at all, they're just taking your money. I will be canceling my service first thing tomorrow.

  They will go above and beyond your expectations to make sure you're happy when you leave. You will be reminded of how great customer service can actually be.

  This company is the worst. Do not use them... They will tell you they need to upgrade their system for free. Unfortunately, the trip to your house is all that is free. They will bill for the unit they came to upgrade to their new network and will not disclose the pricing until after it is installed. Of course they will remove it and leave a hole in your wall for a fee. They also charge to much for monthly monitoring and the service is unacceptable.
