  We came across Secure Card Services many years ago. We love them. I can call or email them and get a response and a solution immediately, even on the weekends or early mornings. Some Credit Card service companies and banks give the industry a bad name, but these folks make up for it. They are awesome to work with, I don't even think about shopping around for better rates not that I expect I could find any. They send me paper for my terminal and also send me new terminals when needed. Never are my rates inflated. I find working with this company so helpful that I am using them for another small company and I recommend them to anyone that asks.

  My business Minuteman Press in Northvale NN has been utilizing the services of Secure Card for the past four years. Transition from my previous provider was virtually seamless except the noticeable reduction in my rates and increase in customer service. Issues which are far and few between are resolved in moments rather than weeks. Additionally we are kept up to date and compliant. One less stress to worry about. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

  Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. We have been working with Vince and his team since 2011 and have nothing but positive things to say. Besides the obvious benefits of lowering our rates, they took the time to educate us about the credit card industry. I have received similarly aggressive solicitations from the 'Sekure' Card Services company that other reviewers are speaking of and I can guarantee they are not the same company. Thanks again Vince!

  I've been using Secure Card Services for 3+ years and I couldn't be happier. Not only do their competitors tell me that they can't offer a better rate when they see my statement, if there is ever an issue with the terminal, they go above & beyond to remedy the situation. I've been in business a long time and I must say their customer service is superb!!!
