  My name is Christina green and want to give a review about my daughter services with them today. I been with SECU for over 10 years and open up my daughter account this morning. It was a great experience for her. Mrs Amanda Randolph assist us with services she was so professional and polite.she even waited for my bother to bring us an importance document so my daughter to get her account open. That was a A plus to me.and another member I don’t know her name I forgot her name. She did told me but she also came and assist us with depositing her check. They is the best in my book. Great teamwork and services. Doing this visit. Keep doing the great work. We appreciate y’all two.

  I visited the Chadwick branch last week and again today. Naomi assisted me the first time and when I came back with my husband the branch was closed for walk-ins and she saw that I was with my husband and she took me anyway because my husband had to be with me to take care of what I needed to take care of. My husband was disabled and she was professional, kind, and provided exceptional service to me and my family. I brought back my grand daughter to open an account because of the way i was treated. She made time for each transaction and treated me and my family with such kindness. I recommend everyone check out the Chadwick location!

  I waited 40 mins to be reissued a lost debit card. There was no touch backs with guest, they just took their sweet time. Never again will I utilize this location. Very unhappy

  This branch puts its members at immediate risk of death in a fire emergency. They have a revolving door with swinging doors on both sides of the revolving door. However, the swinging doors serve no purpose but as a death trap because both swinging doors are always locked. As if SECU is not able to learn from history and wishes it's members suffer the same fate as the patrons of the Cocoanut Grove Disaster. This poses a fire hazard as there is only one point of egress during a fire or any other emergency. A specific law resulting from the Cocoanut Grove Disaster bans revolving doors being the only exit.
