  This is a unique stop on the Bourbon Trail with a fun theme and laid back atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and made tasty coffee drinks for us to enjoy while we waited for our tour. Carus was a great host and the bourbon, rums and moonshines were very good.

  A favorite spot in town. The spirits are all unique but tasteful, and the rotating and classic cocktails are fantastic. They have a solid group of locals and you can feel the community whenever you come in. The tour is well worth the money especially with the variety of bourbon, rum, etc. They also have a great coffee selection! It's a stop on the B Line that you certainly don't want to miss.

  GREAT PLACE!!! My fraternity, from UC's college of pharmacy, had our first pledge event here. The area had plenty of seating, they let us bring in pizza for the event, and were so kind. The highlights were the custom menu they made just for our event, and they put our rush season's theme on their little projector for us! The custom menu and regular drinks were really good, and the bar even had an espresso machine. They brew their own moonshines, rums, whiskeys and bourbons. As far as facilities and cleanliness go everything was clean and usable too! The only thing i was slightly sad about is they are not a fully stocked bar (which is okay! Enjoy their custom distilled drinks!) so that means no gin and tonics or tequila drinks. If you are on the bourbon trail PLEASE give this place a visit!

  This distillery was great! Carus was an incredible host in providing us a tour and tasting. We really enjoyed getting the stories of how the business came together and trying their various delicious options. 10/10 on the apple pie moonshine and hazelnut liqueur! It’s a very unique set up and brand. The signature cocktails were really good also. So glad we came!

  This place was awesome! The tour was very entertaining and educational. The owners and staff are very friendly. The drinks and spirits are fantastic. Don't wait for a fortune cookie to tell you, "great things are to come" just plan a trip to Second Sight now!
