  Davidson was extremely helpful and patient, considering I was pretty intimidated to spend a lot of money on an appliance and I had a lot of questions. I feel like I got a great deal on the washer I picked out and I'm leaving very pleased. I highly recommend the store to anyone.

  Awesome store, awesome manager Mr. Davidson Nji, and awesome employees very friendly and helpful even helped me by letting me know that I would get a rebate through CPS for buying a gas dryer. Would definitely go back. There should be more customer friendly managers and sales associates like that. Truly a rare experience thank you. God bless you.

  Great prices! Great merchandise! You can really find a diamond in the rough out here! And the customer service is outstanding! Very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely will be returning again soon 😄

  Overall great customer service. Was greeted right on entrance, and even helped by the manager himself. Associates seemed nice and pretty knowledgeable without being too pushy. Overall decent prices and selections to choose from. Definitely a go to place for new/used appliances, check em out.

  My husband and I recently moved to San Antonio and were in need of ALL major appliances. We happened to stumble across this Sears Outlet on our way home one night and THANK GOODNESS we did! Marion, the Sales Lead was incredibly helpful and we ended up purchasing a washer and a few other small items right away. We scored on all accounts. Our washer was just what we were looking for, and we can't wait to go back in the near future for our dining table set and new couch. The prices cannot be beat, especially with the credit card incentive and the warranty packages. Jose, helped my husband get the washer to our car and our 20 minute experience was nothing short of wonderful. Our family HIGHLY recommends the service and products from this Sears Outlet. 5 stars!
