  Definitely a large selection of refrigerators on the floor to choose from and at various levels of "scratched and/or dented" condition. Salesman that assisted me seemed quite knowledgeable about the products and didn't hesutate when I asked for his personal opinion. This particular store could use a couple more employees.

  This place is a joke! I was buying a loveseat there and our neighbor came up with his van to help us get it home. I had already paid and was getting info on appliances for my moms remodel. The guys are about to load the loveseat and I saw just the edge of a pillow and it was a completely different color. So I had them unwrap it and it turned out to be a totally different loveseat (cheaper) than what I bought. Lucky that I saw it because the young girl that was working didn’t have a clue what to do. They apparently didn’t have the one that I wanted and absolutely REFUSED to sell me the floor model. Her manager gave me a refund but was like, “oh well “. There was no offer to find what I wanted at another store. I asked when they would get another in stock. They didn’t know and made no offer to try to find out. I was very disappointed with the entire experience and felt we wasted our time as well as our neighbors time. Needless to say, I purchased the appliances elsewhere. Here’s a bit of advise Sears employees: NO EFFORT- NO SALE!!

  I've gotten all my kitchen appliances at the Sears Outlet in SW Arlington. I love everything we have purchased and loved the prices even more! Most recently I purchased our fridge and I couldn't be happier with it! Purchasing and delivery has been a wonderful experience.

  We dealt with Stephen Simmons, who provided excellent help with purchasing a new washer. He listened to all the concerns my wife has about washers (which are many), made helpful suggestions, and was able to identify the best washer for her. He is patient, and exhibits a genuine care for the concerns and needs of his customers. My wife is very happy with this purchase, and this says a lot for Mr. Simmons. We highly recommend him and this store to anyone who is considering a new appliance.
