  This location has provided me with the worst retail experience I've ever had. I have been on hold to speak to the manager for half an hour (who told me she was calling me back in 20 minutes about 3 hours ago). While on hold, I found a number for Sears Outlet Customer Service. When I called them, they tried to reach out to the store as well and told me that the manager had no idea how to find my sales ID number and would call me back after their "meeting" (which is a phrase they have used every time I have called and no one ever calls me back). I'm about to have a much higher amount auto-drafted out of my account because the manager, Tommy, never submitted my correct lease paperwork to WhyNotLeaseIt. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to a Sears Outlet or a Sears for any further purchases. If you go to this location, be prepared to be totally screwed with no person inside that building to be able to help you.

  I just bought a washer and it does not work. I should have gone to home depot or best buy. I am f____ pissed off you will here from me tomorrow.Iwill be calling BBB and the AG office

  As I'm writing this, I'm on my third phone call to this location to finalize a delivery for a refrigerator I bought online for more than $1000. They were supposed to call me for the delivery, but I hadn't heard anything. After calling a few times and not really getting anywhere, I finally find a number in the receipt for this store location. Not only have the people I've spoken with been rude and snippy, I've been on hold now for more than twenty minutes, just so they can schedule the delivery. What an absolute joke. The savings I got from buying this from Sears Outlet aren't worth the hour I've spent calling and sitting on-hold, just to try to schedule a delivery. If they can't figure things out in the next hour, I'm canceling my order and giving my money to another store that can deliver a fridge, which apparently is impossible for Sears Outlet.

  Latasha is awesome we have bought multiple appliance's from here and she has helped us every time i highly recommend her to help you everytime

  Go to this place at your own risk. Even 1 star is too much. I wanted a queen firm mattress bed set. I got king size bed and queen size mattress and box set. No one wants to accept responsibility for this fiasco and now I have lost out on the help my family was going to give me fixing my bed. Everyone at store wants to blame each other instead of helping the customer. Shaking my head.
