  Sears installed a new furnace/ac unit. Everyone involved, the salesman, installers, office staff were pleasant and helpful and took time to explain everything. The installers were done in half a day. I was impressed with the quality of work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  much of the information that I should have received I was not given. I was not told that the shutter style blinds that I had in my windows before the project were not going to fit after the project. I was not told that he contractors would leave behind dust everywhere. I know that this is a dusty job but it should come with some cleaning details to follow. Now, when I got my windshield replaced my windshield was so clear, but with 7 windows, costing $$$$$$$ I am told that i have to wait a month or so for some type of oil to process before really having clean windows. Well, all of this should have been told to me up front. Also, I started out with a project bigger than the final project but I am still being charged for the regular project amount- even thought I did the proper paperwork to have the bathroom and the glass sliding door removed within days of the initial contract. However, that will be taken care of but all of the other mentioned stuff is something that I should not be dealing with. Because now, I have to buy new blinds to go in "7" windows... Sears should add more points to my already points so that I can purchase blinds for those windows.... Very disappointed...

  For the cost I paid for 3 bathrooms and replaced all counter tops was not worth the money for what I received it was mediocre at best. You know the old saying you get what you pay for but in this case I got far less than what I paid for. I was in a rush to get it done to sell my house and what I got for the price was not quality work. I was told they have their own certified workers but they do not they hire contractors. I WILL NOT use Sears again. I have had a running battle getting things fixed over a week leaky toilet and new installed frig does not dispense water. They do not get things done when the say they will. Go anywhere else but here to get your improvement done

  I wanted to let you know of how I feel disrespected: 1. I was asked if 8:30am on Sunday 10/15 was okay. I said it would be fine. They showed up @ 8:45am and didn’t get started until after 9am. I have traveled down to Denver on numerous different Sunday mornings starting from Denver around 8:30am. Traffic was a cake walk (very little traffic). So, why did they not start earlier to get started @ 8:30? 2. They had to go to get supplies @ 10:30am. I was told by the lady it would be 30 minutes. They came back @ 11:30am. 3. I had to leave @ 3pm. It seemed that towards the end feet were dragging. Understandable. Yet I said I needed to leave @ 3pm for a job, I meant I had to leave. I felt totally directed by not adhering to time guidelines. If they got here on time, only gone for 30 minutes, they would’ve been done by 2:30pm. They got done @ 3:30pm and I had to kick them out. I was extremely late for work. I abhor being late. Also, the less I work the less pay I have. Thus I have fewer resources than before.
