  Seriously the best costumer service in town!! And I am always happy with their services. I have used his company four times and they never let me down. I also absolutely love how they are on time and that I don't need to wait around for the appointment. Thank you Mike, I am a happy customer :)

  Guys came out and did an amazing job. Took out spots I didn't believe would come out. Very knowledgeable of their craft. Customer service was amazing from the moment they picked up the phone to take my appointment to the moment they left. Definitely will use them again.

  WARNING! Do not use this carpet cleaning company. I must say this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had completely rude and unprofessional customer service. Actually hung up the phone on me when I was speaking very nicely to them. That was prior to my service. Finally when the men came they were very friendly spoke and apologeized for the rude customer service representive and had told me he would speak to her. When they came to clean the carpet told me he would get all of the stains out with no problem. I believed him! Well when they left the carpet was soaking wet for 2 full days! And I figured once it dried I would be able to see there were no more stains. Well I was wrong!! The stains were still there and the carpet was still dirty! They did not vacuum before there was a quarter on the floor that was not picked up or even moved! I had called them to tell them I was very unsatisfied with there job and wanted someone to come back and clean the carpet again or I would like a refund! They told me the manager would call me back a week later NO ONE called me back and I had to call another carpet cleaning company!!

  Leo came to clean the carpet in the bedroom and living room. He did an awesome job. My living room carpet look like the day I had it installed 5 years ago. It really looks good. Not to mention Leo was polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely do it again. The price was fair too. I couldn’t be more pleased.
