::I have tried to buy tires here more than once. I've never been able to do so. Today was no exception. Found a tire I wanted pn Sears website. Great price. Representative would not offer me the tire even though it was prominently displayed on their tire wall. Tried to steer me into tires over $50 each more. Then quoted me a price for the tires I wanted $51 each ( before mounting and balancing ) more than Sears price on the website. Once again no sale.

::I went in to get quoted for breaks. I told the guy at the counter that I wasn't sure if I would be getting them done today but wanted to look into the price. He asked me how did I know my breaks were bad and I explained the dragging sound. He took a look at it and said " oh yea you definitely need new breaks ". Proceed to tell me the he would give me a FREE break test and we would go from there. 2 hours later he called me with a quote of 300 and something. I told him that I would like to do that next week. When I got back to the store I decided to buy cleaning spray as he rang me up he tells me that it would be 16.99 as well for the break test. I said I thought it was free and he says I thought you were getting it fixed since your not it's not free. I don't understand why I was forced to pay for a test I didn't not ask for to tell me something me and him both already knew. I feel taken adventange of and completely lied to. I was planning on getting my breaks done next week like I said but now will take my business else where. I was told something was FREE and charged for it. If he would have explained that if I didn't get my breaks done that day I'd be charged i would have told him no. All I wanted was a computer quote. I wanted pricing for the parts and labor which could have been told to me without doing a test for my breaks when me and him both saw was needed. I have called customer service complaint lied and was discouraged to hear I could not be reimbursed for this test,but my complaint is filed. This place is penny pinching and taking advantage of customers. Auto body shops have a habit of finding ways to upcharge. Because of this I get my tires from sears feeling since this is a company they would not be allowed to take advantage of people. I was wronge I got charged for something I already knew, and over a service I never requested that was offered by the LIE OF IT BEING FREE. WILL NEVER RETURN

::Took my mother's car to sears to get her breaks done. Was told by the service man that it qualifies for a mail and rebate, which i thought was nice being that i payed almost 400.00 dollars getting the breaks fixed.I sent the paperwork in and was told that the type of break pad that i purchased did not qualify. Wish he would of told me he wasn't sure it would qualify instead of saying it does. I called the store and told them about it, some man apologized and just hung up on me.... So rude!!!!!!!

::Nothing to complain about. The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and the guys there are always nice. There is a small room with a TV and vending machine in the back which makes waiting more comfortable. I would recommend this place.

::I had to replace two of my tires a couple months ago. After I called, I decided to stop by to see if they had the tires that will work and price them out. When I got there, I was told they did not. So I then asked about winter tires. The assistant manager started showing me tires. I agreed to the tires, having all four changed thinking I was getting winter tires at a good price. I came back later when they called me to tell me the tires were done. As I am speaking to the assistant manager, I find out there was a misundersting on their part. What they showed me were all season tires,.not winter tires. So I asked them to put my tires back, they said they can only put the good tires because they already junked the bad ones. I don't understand how they could have junked them so fast, although I find out later they were thrown in a room, and it seems like they did not want to go through the tires to find them. So basically in order for me to leave, to drive home, I was forced to buy two all weather tires from them at a more expensive price then I would have at another place. They also refused to refund money for wheel a wheel alignment because the man kept stating "it was already done" and he can't refund it. I was basically ripped off. I contacted customer service and after a few days I receive a phone call from someone saying they were the manager. I was told that the staff told him that I was asking information about all weather tires. They did not admit that they misunderstood my request and the manager made me feel as if I was the one that was wrong or looking for some kind of way to rip them off. The manager and assistant manager knew I called to complain so that's what they did to try to blame me. I expressed to the manager, if I have 2 good tires out of the 4 , why would I change all four??? The manager kept asking me what I wanted to fix the matter, when I asked him to call my husband(We were not speaking for a couple days , thanks to this issue), but no one called him. I am very disappointed and feel very cheated. I am disappointed with this place. So please be warned to be careful when purchasing items from this place or better yet, go somewhere else!
