::Let me start with all guys that rate this place 4-5*.....or u work there or u have no idea what they did to ur car & with ur right u think they r professional....because they do look professional in the most of time & very competent & all this is not cuz they know what they r doing but all this is cuz they don’t even move ur car from the same spot u parked.....i left my car there for Oil change & tire rotation.....i dont like to mention but i do tip allways in every kind of customer service 25% of my bill & even tiping no body give e f..... to do anything to my car....NO TIRE ROTATION NO OIL CHANGE & all this r with prove....i realize all this when the next service came witch i took some where else & this time didn’t left my car out of my view....OIL was more than 9k miles drive & front tires were big diffrent from rear once witch means they never change anything. I will go next month at the place & ask for new Engine of my new car & 4 new tires.....not gone let them disrespect & make fun with the neighborhood in this way....i will add posters all over neighbor for letting people know what this service does.....

::Ridiculous, all the cars are piled up and non of them seem to care, been waiting here for 4 hours to get a tire balanced and all they want is attention. Yet all of them wanna look professional, not worth it. They look like the people in Lazy Town.

::I went in on Monday to get my car inspected. Place seemed professional and I was excited I'd found a new spot for car repairs. We were told it would be a couple of hours because they were really busy. We said fine, left the car, went shopping. They said they'd notify me by text. (another plus). But 3 and a half hours later we'd heard nothing. I looked at our receipt and they saw that the car was promised by 3. Went back. The car was in the spot where weI'd left it. We waited in line to see what was going on, guy came over and said ours was the next one to go into shop. That's inexcusable. If you're busy, you should be more professional about how long it'll take. a couple of hours is not 3.5 (and longer--if I'd let it go into the shop) hours. We drove away, went to a small car shop a few blocks away-- and we were done in a maximum of 15 minutes. I know where I'll go from on. And it ain't Sears!

::Great service. Young guy with glasses and beard ( i think his name was rob) was very helpful. I came in with my moms car for servicing and rob assured us that we would be taken care of in no time. I appreciate how he took the time to explain everything to us and you could tell he really loved his job. Very professional and great prices. Definitely will come back

::Was assisted by the manager Mike. Arrived close to closing time with a flat tire. Mike set real expectations (it was busy) and communicated all feasible options. Mike was able to get to my vehicle faster than the expectation set. While providing great customer service, with communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this Sears location for your auto repair needs.
